Enrolment Procedure
To begin the application process, please click on the following link to submit your online application form.
Upon receipt of your application, a staff member will contact you to schedule an audition for enrolment into APGS.
On the day of the audition, there is an interview that follows the individual audition, which concludes with a tour of the school, if required.
Once your audition is completed and assessed, and all admission requirements are met and APGS accepts your application, a Letter of Offer of Enrolment will be issued to you.
To accept the offer, the attached Acceptance of Enrolment form will need to be completed and returned to APGS.
Enrolment and any ancillary/application fees must be paid to secure the place and arrangements made to begin the payment of school fees.
Instalment payments of fees can be arranged via the EZYPay payment system. Contact Finance for an application form.
If the applicant wishes to apply for any of the scholarships or bursaries available, this is the time to put the application in for assessment and consideration.
Audition Process
On the day of your audition, you should be prepared to provide the following:
- Academic transcripts.
- Audition for Music / Drama / Dance Students - perform 2 contrasting pieces or excerpts not exceeding 20 minutes, plus bring along any certificates of achievements and/or prizes won.
- Audition for Visual Arts Students - bring 2 pieces of own works of art and portfolio, plus bring along any certificates of achievement and/or prizes won.
- Audition for students without any previous training will be based on interview and aptitude assessment.
Nb. If you are auditioning for Music, a backing CD can be used for accompaniment or you can invite another performer to support your performance. The audition process may also involve a short sight-reading and hearing test.
