CURRICULUM (YEARS 7 – 10)
Curriculum (Years 7 to 10)
Students in Years 7-10 undertake a comprehensive and compulsory curriculum designed to meet the requirements of the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA). This structured program provides a strong academic foundation while supporting students’ personal development, ensuring they build essential skills, knowledge, and confidence as they progress through their secondary education.
With small class sizes and a strong teacher-to-student ratio, APGS is able to provide personalised learning experiences and individual support for every student. We are committed to supporting the needs of all learners through dedicated learning support staff who work closely with students requiring additional assistance and tailored learning strategies. We also encourage and promote academic acceleration opportunities for gifted and high-achieving students, allowing them to further extend their abilities and pursue areas of strength and interest.
